Golf Safaris Terms & Conditions
Quotes:
All quotes are given on the basis of the price ruling on the date of the quotes and will remain valid for a period of 30 days.
Prices:
1. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
2. All rates are net commission and quoted in South African Rands.
3. Personal effects, Caddy fees, gratuities and excursions not arranged prior to tour start date are not included.
4. All travel and transfer fees are excluded unless arranged in conjunction with the safari.
Bookings:
Provisional bookings will be held until 8 weeks before the travel date, after which Golf Safaris reserves the right to reallocate the dates, subject to availability.
Payment terms:
A deposit of 20% is required with the confirmation of bookings.
The balance is payable 1 week prior to departure.
Cancellation:
Up to eight weeks prior to travel, bookings may be cancelled or changed as required. Thereafter, the following cancellation fees will apply.
1) 8-4 weeks before travel, 25% of total fee
2) 4-2 weeks before travel, 50% of total fee
3) Less than 2 weeks before travel, 100% of total fee
4) If you fail to arrive, arrive late or depart early, no reimbursement will be made.
All cancellations must be received in writing by Golf Safaris.
Change of Booking:
If, after confirming your booking, you wish to change to an alternative departure date, you may do so subject to availability and by agreement with Golf Safaris. An amendment fee will be charged. Should we not be able to accommodate your request and you therefore must cancel, our usual cancellation procedure will apply.
Insurance:
Travel Insurance is advised and you should arrange such in your country or origin. You should be covered in the event of cancellation or curtailment, death and medical or rescue expenses, as well as for any loss of baggage, money or personal items.
Transport:
Golf Safaris will assist with any transport arrangements if requested. We will always endeavour to obtain the best prices possible, but we accept no liability regarding delays, cancellations or any other problems in this regard whatsoever.
Tickets and receipts in use by the specific supplier when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the client.
General:
Due to the circumstances under which we operate, Golf Safaris, their employees, guides and affiliates, do not accept responsibility for any client or dependant thereof in respect of any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from time of departure to time of return or subsequent to date of return, or such loss, injury, etc. incurred during your golf safari.
Should Golf Safaris have to curtail your visit or an activity for any reason due to weather conditions and other factors, Golf Safaris will not be liable for any form of refund whatsoever, although everything will be done to find a suitable alternative arrangement or venue. Should a client decide to curtail their stay or not to join an activity for any reason whatsoever, Golf Safaris will not be liable for any refund whatsoever.
